  • Strange Weather Gospel Choir The Strange Weather Gospel Choir (SWGC) is a non-religious community choir in Canberra consisting of over 60 singers whose passion and love for music are sure to inspire and move audiences. The Choir's unique sound and exuberance have seen it grow to become a very popular Choir in this region. The Choir's Musical Director is Daniel Brinsmead. Andrew Rumsey, an accomplished pianist and musician in his own right, is the Choir’s main accompanist and assists with rehearsals and our performances.

  • Sydney Chamber Choir - Formed in 1975, Sydney Chamber Choir quickly established itself as Australia’s finest performers of Renaissance music, especially the works of Josquin des Prez. Under the leadership of founding director Nicholas Routley, the Choir was also a pioneer in revitalising Sydney performances of Bach and Handel. At the same time, Sydney Chamber Choir began a program of commissioning new music from Australian composers – a tradition which continues in the 2007 season with world premieres of works by Nigel Butterley and Paul Witney.

  • Sydney Harmony Under the musical direction of international vocal harmony specialist Vicki Dwyer we are committed to excellence through regular rehearsals, workshops, performances & competitions, and are part of a thriving, international community of some 35,000 Barbershop singers

In October 2008 the choir will be touring New Zealand and taking part in a male choir festival in Nelson.

  • Sydney Philharmonia Choirs Formed in 1920, Sydney Philharmonia Choirs is Australia’s leading choral organisation. Our principal choirs have a reputation both nationally and internationally for inspired performances of grand symphonic choral works. Each year our diverse repertoire spans early a cappella works to challenging contemporary music.

  • Sydney University Graduate Choir

  • The Sydney University Graduate Choir is dedicated to high quality performances of great choral music by the established masters and by contemporary composers. As an organisation affiliated to Sydney University, the Choir considers it a particular responsibility to provide opportunities for talented young Australian singers. The annual Joan Carden Award, sponsored by the Choir, is an important vehicle for this.

Sydney Vocal Project Sydney Vocal Project is a quality vocal harmony ensemble. They specialise in both a cappella 4 and 5 part vocal arrangments in the contemporay Jazz style. SVP also performs a few accompanied (band trax) vocal arrangements. SVP comes together once per month to rehearse and all singers are already competent vocalists coming from Sydney Suburbs, Wollongong, The Shire and The Central Coast. Come join us,

Sydney Welsh Choir. An SATB choir of about 60 voices that has been one of the busiest in Sydney over the last quarter century.  We are members of ANCA but for some unfathomable reason seem to have slipped off their list and are not on yours.  We are due to tour Wales, England and Ireland next year - our sixth concert tour of Wales since 1990.
