Academic Orchestra and Choir
The Orchestra was founded in 1899 and the Choir in 1935. It is a
rich ensemble rich in tradition, and the Choir especially manages to
bring these traditions into the present. Although originally a student
ensemble Academic Choir today is a diverse group of about 100 singers.
Ars Nova Vocal Group
Recognized the most prominent vocal group in Scandinavia, specialists in
both early and contemporary music. Performing since 1979, ARS NOVA has
produced numerous acclaimed recordings and has given more than a
thousand concerts and broadcasts throughout Europe, Israel, Japan,
Vietnam, Ghana, Brazil, Guatemala, Mexico, Canada and USA
