Voci da Camera
An ensemble of 20 voices particularly
dedicated to the literature composed with the more intimate nature
of chamber music in mind. Formed in the summer of 1999, this group
of exceptional singers represents the highest standards of the
choral art. In addition to their individual performing lives, many
Voci da Camera members are teachers of music in the New York
area, and have diverse experiences as recording artists, composers
and conductors. Although they are equally at home in sacred and
secular literature from the Renaissance to the present, Voci da
Camera specializes in unaccompanied music - the purest form of
choral music.
